Danielson Airport is a state owned, public use airport located two nautical miles (4 km) northwest of the central business district of Danielson, a borough in the town of Killingly in Windham County, Connecticut, United States.〔 It is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a ''general aviation'' facility.〔 〕 Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, this airport is assigned LZD by the FAA〔 but has no assignment from the IATA.〔 (【引用サイトリンク】 Danielson Airport (ICAO: KLZD, FAA: LZD, IATA: none) ) 〕 == Facilities and aircraft == Danielson Airport covers an area of 257 acres (104 ha) at an elevation of 238 feet (73 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 13/31 with an asphalt surface measuring 2,700 by 75 feet (823 x 23 m).〔 For the 12-month period ending October 31, 2011, the airport had 22,102 aircraft operations, an average of 60 per day: 99% general aviation, <1% air taxi, and <1% military.
